Founder
The technologist behind TrialDoor, Bud is a retired investment manager and derivatives trader with 25 years of experience in quantitative investing. After leaving the investment field he focused on urban public education and developed data science tools to help education non-profits improve K-12 education outcomes. Since 2024 he has focused on healthcare, developing TrialDoor and Orthogy, a medical research wiki.
Joshua Raff, MD
Medical Advisor
Joshua Raff, M.D. is the Director of the Digestive Cancer Program at White Plains Hospital (WPH). Dr. Raff received his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in 1997. He completed his internal medicine residency and hematology and oncology fellowship at Montefiore-Einstein.
Dr. Raff is board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology. He is the Director of the WPH Pancreatic Cancer Screening Program, Co-Director of the WPH Nationally Accredited Program for Rectal Cancer, and is a Collaborator on the national EPIC Oncology Steering Board. He is the principal investigator for several clinical trials at WPH.
